Front Desk Associate for Retreat Center
Front Desk Agents are responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service and hospitality to all guests. Daily Tasks can include: Assisting class attendees with registration, providing up to date information on Daily Classes and workshops, Answering Phone Calls and E-mails, Booking Reservations for Educational Retreat Center and The Wellness Spa, and Assisting with Guest Requests/Relations.
Job Duties Include: Front Desk administrative work
Checking class attendees In/Out
Booking Reservations at our Wellness Spa
Checking guests In/Out for Spa Treatments
Handling Guest Complaints
Filing Paperwork
Answering Phone Calls
Answering Emails
Keeping an Organized Work Desk
Combination of Day, Evening and Weekend shifts required
