Big Island Restaurant Group, LLC is a small business in Kailua-Kona, HI. We are looking for a passionate, experienced Supervisor that will ensure our guests to receive the best dining experience possible. Responsibilities
Prepare restaurant for a successful service
Coordinate daily front of house restaurant operations
Deliver a high level service and maximize our guest satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and assist in researching new vendors
Organize and supervise shifts
Uphold staff morale by appraisal on performance and provide reviews and feedback to improve productivity and growth opportunities.
Assist in ordering dry goods and front of house needs
Ensure compliance with sanitation and health/safety regulations
Uphold Jackie Rey’s brand image and be open to suggest ways to improve it
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Assist in content for social media when needed
Assist in training new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Floor Supervisor, Front of House Supervisor, or Hospitality Managerial similar role and customer service experience as a manager
Food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software; POS and Reservation Systems
Have great people skills, strong leadership and be able to motivate staff.
Have the ability to set a positive work environment
Acute financial management skills
Liquor Blue Card or be able to maintain one

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
