- Uses communication skills to build lifelong relationships with customers.
- Ensures that every customer is served in a friendly, polite and prompt manner.
- Use POS system and loyalty program.
- Receive incoming phone calls and assist customers by providing them with the correct information.
- Intake custom orders.
- Ensures that the display case is stocked and presented in an aesthetically pleasing and organized manner.
- Ensures the storefront is always clean and presented in the highest standard.
Takes part in opening and closing duties.
- Takes part in cleaning duties.
Credentials and Experience: 1+ years in a customer service driven job.
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
Open Availability Preferred. Must be able to work on the weekends.
