PINT+JIGGER is looking for a GENERAL MANAGER to lead all aspects of our restaurant business.
The GM's responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient daily restaurant operations, while maximizing revenue goals. The GM will lead the team of management to maintain a high level of quality and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management and leadership skills, a love for hospitality, and the ability to build a strong team. Operationally, the GM will need to oversee the dining room, making sure our guests leave happy and satisfied. Training the team to the highest levels of hospitality and product knowledge will be essential in reaching the restaurant goals.

The GM is expected to LEAD by example and motivate the staff in the busiest hours of operation in our fast-paced restaurant environment. Ultimately, the GM will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experiences regardless of how busy we are.
We aren’t looking for someone to just maintain what we already have. Rather, we are looking for someone that is motivated to make PINT+JIGGER even better on a daily basis.
