We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Position Overview:

· Guest Services Agents ensure our guests experience exceptional stays in our properties.

· Duties include but are not limited to answering calls, emails, guest requests, generating guest reservations, coordinating maintenance of properties, and providing excellent service to property owners.
· Working closely with Vendors, Maintenance, and Owner Relations to satisfy guest and owner needs and property upkeep
· Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
· All projects or duties as requested or assigned

This Job Is:
· This is a guest services focused position, assisting guests and families from around the globe in choosing the right accommodations for their once in a lifetime vacation.
· This position includes using your excellent communication skills through incoming and outgoing phone calls, texts, and emails to assist our guests with any questions or issues that might arise.
· If you bring a great positive attitude we will provide the training

· A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more

We offer full time employment of 40 hours per week, when qualified100% paid healthcare, 401k plan, paid vacation, and numerous team members have been with us over 10 years.
If you are interested in getting your Real Estates license, we pay for the classes and your continuing education and fees as long as you are with our company!
Staring pay $18.00 an hour starting, negotiable based on experience
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:30-5pm
