Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi rolls, fish portioning, etc. according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operating the cash register and ensuring the fish display case is to our standard.
- Properly handle and store seafood to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
- Prepare and portion ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of seafood and compliance with hygiene practices.
-Putting away any orders that come in.
