Responsibilities for cook:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
Assist with prep work as necessary
Responsibilities of busser:
Clear tables quickly and efficiently
Refill water and tea glasses
Support team to ensure smooth service
Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
Requirements for cook:
Previous cooking experience required - Japanese preferred
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
