Summary:
As a Guest Experience Agent, one must assist our guests with Love + Aloha in all related functions and maintain a high standard of service and hospitality.
Prerequisites:
Hospitality, hotel front desk, retail, or F&B experience.
Open availability required-guest experience is a 24/7 operation; flexibility of schedule is a must.
Positive and cheerful attitude, pleasant personality, enjoys meeting people from all over the world and enjoys helping others.
Essential Functions:
Point person for the guest experience, pre, during, and post stay.
Take ownership of the guest experience and deliver a personalized and memorable experience to each of our guests.
Engage with guests to offer them a love and aloha experience.
Deliver anticipatory service by seeking to understand the guest’s needs.
Communicate with the appropriate departments for any guest issues.
Resolve guest issues in a calm and professional manner, providing solutions and making sure all guests have a 5-star experience.
Knowledge of areas to provide guests recommendations for dining, shopping, actives, taxi, shuttles, wake-up calls, etc.
Be self-motivated to improve every day.
Have ownership and pride in your work environment; keep the front desk, back office, and lobby areas clean and well organized.
Be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
Must be comfortable standing for 8 hours.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
