The Room Attendant plays a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for guests by ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. By maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation, the Room Attendant directly contributes to guest satisfaction, repeat visits, and the overall reputation of the company. We are looking for full-time Room Attendants for Trinity Maid Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and reset guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards prior to guest arrival.
Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing supplies promptly to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Restock housekeeping carts and storage closets with linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Adhere to safety and sanitation policies, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with special cleaning projects and/or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
Support team members to ensure timely completion of daily assignments and seamless guest service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is desirable.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years experience.
On the job training is provided.
PAY RATE: $21.00 - $22.00 / hour, based on experience
