The Hula Girl catamaran is looking for a full time Dive Instructor/First Mate. The yacht beach loads from Kaanapali Beach and is certified for 49 passengers, we offer a daily 5 hour Snorkel/Scuba excursion between 9:30am-2:30pm with an Ala Carte Breakfast/Lunch menu and Scuba Diving Upgrade for Intro and Certified with six divers maximum, a 3.5 hour Dinner Cruise with an Ala Carte Appetizer and Entrée menu. The Dive Instructor is onboard for the 5 hour snorkel for pre-booked divers and sign up's onboard, in addition to being in charge of the Padi Scuba program, other job duties include taking food orders, bartending, free diving for the day use mooring pick ups, and assisting crew. We have a custom designed dive platform on the starboard aft deck, with 12 tanks, BCD's/Regs and a Bauer Dive Compressor is onboard for filling tanks. Yacht amenities include 2 on deck fresh water showers, air conditioned spacious main salon, third deck fly bridge and a full ala carte restaurant/bar. The Dive Instructor will need their own insurance in addition to the boats Marine Insurance. Double shifts with crewing and bar tendering on the Dinner Cruises is optional for doubling your revenue. The boat is kept spotlessly clean and well maintained and draws a high end clientele. Must be professional, physically fit, well spoken, positive attitude, clean cut, and drug/drama free.

Compensation package includes excellent hourly wage, commission on dives, above average tips and chef prepared meal with every shift. UHA Medical Insurance after one month (for full time position). 401K and profit sharing are provided for long term team members. First Aid and CPR are required (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
