Job Position: Cook
Hourly Pay: $17.50 - $19.00
Key Responsibilities:
-Food Preparation: Cook menu items, prepare food for events, and ensure quality and consistency.
-Customer Service: Take orders, educate customers, and provide friendly service.
-Truck Management: Set up and break down the food truck.
-Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in the truck, kitchen, and work areas.
-Organization: Stock and organize the truck, manage records of supplies, waste, and purchases.
-Safety: Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-Problem Solving: Address issues such as supply concerns, equipment problems, or customer queries.
-Shift Work: Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Serve-Safe certification
- Experience in food service
- Supervisory experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Part-Time: 25-30 hours per week

2nd Job Position: Cashier
Hourly Pay: $15.00
Key Responsibilities:
-Must be able to lift 40lbs+
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a positive experience.
- Order Taking: Take orders accurately and ensure completeness before delivering to customers.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments via cash, credit, or debit card, and provide change.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to proper specifications.
- Other Tasks: Restock supplies, load/unload the trailer, clean work areas, and wash dishes.
- Truck Management: Assist in setting up and breaking down the truck.
- Shift Work: Must be available to work nights and weekends.
