About the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager position:
Jack in the Box Managers provide outstanding customer experience, a high quality consistent product, and sound financial results. Their primary focus is to assist in the overall operations, help monitor and improve sales performance, ensure execution of brand excellence, provide leadership to their store to maintain focus on internal service, external service, and maximizing the potential of the store, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
