Join our team at Kahuku Farms as a Tour Guide — where you’ll lead guests through our beautiful farm and help them connect with island agriculture in a fun and memorable way!
We’re looking for someone who:
Is a natural storyteller and skilled presenter
Can hold people’s attention and make learning fun
Loves being outdoors — rain or shine!
Enjoys interacting with guests from all over the world
Has a genuine interest in agriculture and Hawai‘i’s farming traditions
Job Details:
Part-time: Thursday–Monday, 10AM–2PM
Additional hours may be available depending on tour bookings
Starting Pay: $20/hour
After Probation: Potential for an hourly wage increase based on performance and tour engagement
Commitment: 1 year minimum
Training & Probation Period: 30 days — must be able to deliver content confidently and engage guests during this time
