Seeking experienced line cook

Location: Lihue warehouse
We are seeking a professional and energetic person to work alongside an awesome dedicated team of individuals, most of whom have been with us for years. You must be able to work well by yourself or with a team, have a positive attitude, and come ready to work in a fun and fast paced environment.
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude that are capable of meeting production goals daily.
Primary Duties include:
Packaging/ jarring of product
Prepping vegetables and fruit
Poultry and/or meat processing
Sauces and dressings
Operation of ovens, induction burners, blenders and other kitchen tools and equipment
Following standardized recipes
Sanitation of Equipment
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment for the entire team
Stocking and rotating products, ingredients and materials for production
Pouring juice, nut milks, elixers
Operation of cold press machine
Labeling bottles
Required Skills:
Ability to follow instruction and complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to follow and complete daily and weekly prep list to meet weekly goals
Daily and weekly inventory tracking
Excellent organizational skills
Able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Comfortable with repetition
Comfortable with basic math
Understanding of proper food cooking/ holding temperatures
Flexible to work am/pm shifts
Preferred Skills:
Two years + culinary experience working in the field
