What You’ll Do:
Cook on a hot line
Inventory
Assist with Catering
Prepare and cook fresh seafood, comfort foods, sandwiches, paninis, and more
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with menu planning and food prep
Work efficiently as part of a team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Lead Line Cook/Assistant Kitchen Manager or in a similar role
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Passion for culinary creativity and quality
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements:
Must be living on Oahu or moving within two weeks
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
