Maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness, organization, and equipment, and ensuring it's properly sanitized

Managing finances

Keeping track of food costs and wages, and optimizing inventory to reduce food waste

Managing operations

Creating menus, monitoring kitchen operations, and implementing time management strategies

Managing the dining experience

Driving guest satisfaction through quality control and efficiency, and promoting teamwork between the front and back of house crews
