Position: Kitchen Steward

Job Description:
- Performs general cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks, including transferring food items and required dishes to banquet and luau areas
- Assists with proper food storage and rotation
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Responsible for all activities pertaining to cleaning and maintaining the food & beverage storage, preparation and service areas and materials and ensures sanitary condition of all china, glassware, silverware, and cookware and serving utensils
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed including early or late start, weekends and holidays
- Efficient communication skills
- TB Clearance
