We are looking for an experienced kitchen/production manager to oversee our back of house.
We are a bakery cafe that's bakes fresh daily bagels, cinnamon rolls, malasadas and other exceptional baked goods for our busy seaside cafe.
Duties involve ensuring the smooth back of house operations, running the kitchen, with consistent quality of production. Additionally, that stocks are well maintained and wastage minimized. Doing Costco runs and other sourcing runs will be required and/or delegated.
Other duties will involve preparing doughs and batters each day and most importantly ensuring the ongoing cleanliness of the kitchen by your team. You will report to our head manager.
