We are seeking professional, energetic, and compassionate line cook. 40 hour works weeks. Schedule must be flexible. 5 Days a week. We are looking for someone with experience in the food industry and who is excited to create healthy food for the island. Food experience is needed.
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
Opening or closing your station
Food and Merchandise Inventory
Using google drive docs, ipad, and technology as needed.
Working as a team in the food department.
Properly executing recipes from our head chef
Following cleanliness and organization requirements for the department
Daily quality control
Job Requirements:

Knowledgable withfood and store inventory FIFO.
Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude
Ability to follow checklists and procedures
Remains calm under pressure
Ability to multitask
Knife skills
Follow recipes.
Someone who appreciates being apart of a healthy food movement and loves working for a company that is very connected to the island.
This person must also love working within a team environment and always strives to make their departments better and more efficient.
Must have good communication skills and able to complete checklists as needed.
Ideal candidate has:
3+ years of work experience in the food industry.
3+ years previous work experience in a fast paced environment
Long term Kauai resident
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
