JINYA's Line and Prep Team Members are: friendly, energetic, and the heart of the JINYA brand. Line and Prep Team Members support Kitchen Managers and play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through perfect plate execution.
Starting Hourly Rate: $18 - $24 based on experience
Responsibilities:
Scratch kitchen knife skills
Prepares food items according to the recipe or instructions provided.
Complies with our exceptional standard for food handling and sanitation procedures.
Handles, stores, and rotates all food and products properly.
Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation.
Qualifications:
Kitchen experience required
A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
Focus on quality and takes pride in work
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Experience with Japanese cuisine preferred
