Java Kai in Kapaa is looking for a full time line and prep cook to join our team!
We are a small but busy cafe and we pride ourselves in making most items from scratch, including roasting our own coffee, baking all our own pastries, making our own sauces, etc. Our kitchen is open for Breakfast and Lunch only, so in general shifts are over by 3pm.
Starting Rate is $20 / hour plus decent tips.
We're a fun group that serves rad food + coffee. Our kitchen air-conditioned and we have a great crew. Looking for someone awesome who will take pride in putting out beautiful looking and tasting food!
Job Responsibilities:
-Prep and Production of all menu items
-Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times
-Comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
-Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
-Willing to learn and take direction from management
-Responsible and respectful team player
-Willing to work 4-5 days a week
