At Hihimanu Sushi, we specialize in Omakase( Chef's Choice), serving a variety of sushi, sashimi, and Japanese cuisine made with the finest ingredients from Hawaii and Japan. Our Executive Chef Ray Howard, who was raised in Okinawa, Japan, has over 20 years of experience cutting traditional sushi and has created unique dishes bursting with flavor using homemade ingredients and techniques.

Wage:
$18 per hour starting
Schedule:
Friday and Saturday, 4:30pm to 10pm
Responsibilities:
Wash, rinse, clean, and sanitize cookware and equipment
Maintain the production and storage areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
Experience:
No experience is needed, prior experience in the back of the house is a plus
