Luigi’s Andiamo Pizza by Roy Yamaguchi is looking for a Pizza Cook for newly opened Pizza Truck at the Wailea Beach Resort. Luigi’s Andiamo Pizza by Roy Yamaguchi is committed to the freshest locally sourced ingredients. From classic pizzas to avant-garde specialty pies, each creation is a testament to Roy’s innovative spirit. We are looking to create a team of Pizza Artisans for our new venture.
Positions Available:
Pizza Cook ($16/hr plus tips)
Cashier ($16/hr plus tips)
Pizza Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas using fresh ingredients.
Operate pizza ovens and maintain proper cooking times and temperatures.
Assist with dough preparation, topping arrangements, and other kitchen tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced food truck setting.
Cashier Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house area.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Support in food packaging and serving when necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, pizza preparation, or cashiering preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
