We are a popular Musubi delicatessen which presents authentic handmade Musubis and healthy desserts in our local community since 2008.
Now we are looking for a couple of new clerks who have college education.
Requirements are as follows:
1) College education
2) Attentiveness
3) Hospitality
4) Punctuality
5) Team-Oriented Personality
"First-time" and "less work experience" workers are very welcomed, too.
We prefer steady employment and stable work schedule.
Keeping a good balance between the work at our workplace, her/his main job/school, and her/his private time is our personnel management policy.
Up to your availability, we can start your training immediately.

=JOB DUTIES=
Cashiering including Musubi wrapping when we have no customer in the shop
Organizing / Cleaning the kitchen/shop
Supplemental kitchen work
Supplemental administrative work
=WORK DAYS/HOURS=
Work Days: Monday - Saturday
NO WORK on Sundays and Federal Holidays (except for Federal-only/State-only holidays.)
Work Hours: Basically, starting at between 6:30am, and finishing at between 8am-12pm
Your work days/hours should be quite negotiable up to your availability and our operational needs.

Work Frequency: More than two (2) times, up-to five (5) times a week (Negotiable)
Expected Weekly Work Hours:

This is an IDEAL JOB OPPORTUNITY in the early morning as “STUDENT JOB” or “SECOND JOB” before your class or your main job starts in/after the mid-morning.
Although the weekly work schedule is to be announced every Sunday early morning, we do prefer to keep fixed work shift.
=PAYRATES and CONDITIONS=
The initial payrates will depend on each employee’s starting time.
(Examples)
Those who can start working at 4am: $16
Those who can start working at 5am: $15
Those who can start working at 6:30am: $14.50
etc.
Beforehand, all of the new staff members are required to complete the probation period (usually 30 hours, but up to individuals' learning speed) for $14/hour.
The payrate should be raised up to individual’s work performance and work ethics.
Social Security and legally required insurance coverages are properly provided.
