We are a popular Musubi delicatessen which presents authentic handmade Musubis and healthy desserts in our local community since 2008.
Now we are looking for a couple of new kitchen staff members who have college education.
Requirements are as follows:
1) College education
2) Team-Oriented Personality
3) Punctuality
4) Hospitality
5) Attentiveness
No culinary experience is very welcomed.
(Such as office workers who are looking for second job, housewives who are thinking of back-to-work, etc.)
"First-time" and "less work experience" workers are highly welcomed, too.
We prefer steady employment and stable work schedule.
Keeping a good balance between the work at our workplace, her/his main job/school, and her/his private time is our personnel management policy.
Up to your availability, we can start your training immediately.

=JOB DUTIES=
Making Musubis and/or Wrapping Musubis and/or Cashiering
Organizing / Cleaning the kitchen/shop
Supplemental kitchen work
Supplemental administrative work
Musubi making and wrapping are basically the work "in a seated position", which lightens staff members' physical fatigue.
=WORK DAYS/HOURS=
Work Days: Monday thru Saturday
NO WORK on Sundays and Federal Holidays (except for Federal-only/State-only holidays.)
Work Hours: Basically, starting at between 3:30am-6am, and finishing at between 8am-12pm up to your work availability as well as our operational needs.
(Work-shift Examples)
From 3:30am until 8am, mainly as a musubi maker
From 4am until 8:30am, mainly as a musubi wrapper
From 5am until 10am, mainly as a wrapper and clerk
From 6am until 12pm, mainly as a clerk and administrative assistance,
etc.

Work Frequency: More than two (2) times, up-to four (4) times a week (Negotiable)
Expected Weekly Work Hours:

This is an IDEAL JOB OPPORTUNITY in the early morning as “STUDENT JOB” or “SECOND JOB” before your class or your main job starts in/after the mid-morning.
Although the weekly work schedule is to be announced every Sunday early morning, we do prefer to keep fixed work shift.
=PAYRATES and CONDITIONS=
The initial payrates will depend on each employee’s work hours and job duties.
(Examples)
A musubi making staff who starts working at 3:30am: $16.50-
A musubi making staff who starts working at 4am: $16-
A musubi wrapping staff/clerk who starts working at 5am: $15.50-
A clerk/general assistant who starts working at 6am: $15-,
etc.
Beforehand, all of the new staff members are required to complete Probation period for $14/hour.
The length of the probation period is basically 30 hours, but up to your learning speed, it will be shortened/extended.
The payrate should be raised up to individual’s work performance and work ethics.
Social Security and legally required insurance coverages are properly provided.
