Are you passionate about Japanese matcha, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences? Matcha Cafe Maiko is now hiring Kitchen Prep and Server positions — both Part-Time and Full-Time — at our Waikiki location!
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, reliable team players with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Prior food service experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train!
Kitchen Prep Responsibilities:
Prepare matcha-based drinks and desserts with precision
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Support inventory and restocking
Server Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
Take orders and serve with efficiency and care
Ensure a clean and welcoming environment
Location: Matcha Cafe Maiko – Waikiki
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (weekdays & weekends)
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + tips
