Pay & Benefits
$27.50/hr total comp (approx) = Base pay of $18.25/hr + 4% Kitchen Surcharge + Tip Sharing
Holiday Pay: All BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve

PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1, 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 4 and 120. hours after 4 years
2-3 day work weeks
