Line Cook
We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting chefs with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Pay will be determined upon hire and tips are included!
Must have open availability. Must be able to work weekends. Serious hires ONLY
Responsibilities:
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion

Skills:
-Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook

We are currently hiring for the restaurant to fill the position of Host. This is a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Food Expeditor/Food Runner
We are looking for a Food Expeditor to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and wait for staff. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including Saturdays. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food promptly and accurately. Tips are included and taken home the same day!
This is a full-time or part-time position from the hours of 9:30 am till 4:30 pm and Must have an open availability Tuesday-Saturday.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
-Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
-Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
-Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
-Ensure food is served by safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
-Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
-Remove dirty dishes and utensils
-Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
-Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
-Make sure families with young children get kids' menus and special silverware sets
-Answer phones in a timely matter and be able to take phone orders or answer questions.
-Be able to seat customers
-Perform Bathroom Checks
Skills:
-Experience as a Food Expeditor or similar entry-level role in a restaurant
-Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
-Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
-Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
-Multi-tasking abilities
-Good oral communication skills
-Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
