BREAKFAST COOK:
We are looking for a Breakfast cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Breakfast cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. This is a full-time position only! Pay is determined upon hire! Tips are included!
Must have open availability. Must be able to work weekends. Serious and long-term hires ONLY
Responsibilities:
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report, and follow the executive or sous chef’s instructions
-Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills:
-Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industry’s best practices

DISHWASHER:
We are currently hiring for the restaurant to fill the position of Dishwasher. Our restaurant is a high-volume and fast-paced work environment. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds minimum, and be able to stand for long periods of time. We are looking for responsible people who come to work on time and are willing to learn. This is a full-time or part-time position for day or night.
Responsibilities:
Prepare dishes prior to loading them into dishwasher
Hand wash fragile stemware and kitchenware, including pots, pans and cooking utensils
Routinely deep clean sinks, dishwashing equipment and garbage cans, ensuring a sanitary environment and eliminating harmful bacteria
Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses
Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use
Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use
Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash
Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized

We are currently hiring for the fish market to fill the position of Poke Mixer. Previous experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right person for the job. This is a full-time day position. All benefits are part of a full-time position. Tips are included once probation is complete.
