Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Kapaa, HI. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance, and repair. The Maintenance Technician must be able to work independently and in a team environment to maintain and repair equipment and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance according to manuals, schematics, and standard procedures.
Qualifications:
Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills
Maintenance and repair skills
Knowledge of mechanical HVAC Mini-Split systems - (Will Train on this)
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in building maintenance or related fields is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Will Train person with the right attitude
