SoKai Pacific Rim is bringing Asian fusion to South Maui Gardens. This is our family's second food truck at South Maui Gardens and is right next door to our first truckMYTH Legendary Kitchen.
This is the perfect job for a self-starter who thrives in a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen. Our systems are tight, our recipes are dialed-in, and our environment is focused yet supportive.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years line/grill experience (food truck or fast-casual)
Clean, fast, and consistent execution
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Positive attitude and strong team spirit
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
