We are seeking polished, professional individuals to join our team as on-call luxury servers and bartenders for high-end events and store functions.
Job Description:
As an on-call luxury server and bartender, you will represent our brand at exclusive events, providing impeccable service to discerning clientele. This role requires a blend of hospitality expertise, bartending skills, poise, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at luxury store events and private functions
- Serve beverages, including pouring champagne, with grace and precision
- May serve small appetizer type foods on occasion
- Interact with guests in a professional, personable manner
- Maintain a well-groomed and polished appearance at all times
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Bartender:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely fashion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-end hospitality or luxury retail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently
- Flexible schedule to accommodate on-call nature of the position
- Must be 21+ years of age (for serving alcohol)
- Must be punctual
Bartenders:
- Proven experience as a bartender, with knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Be able to follow recipes and execute using proper method
Desired Qualities:
- Clean-cut, professional appearance
- Attentive to detail and committed to excellence
- Discreet and able to maintain composure in all situations
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Creative flair for cocktail presentation
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
