Java Kai is currently seeking a new team member to assist with Pastry and Bakery production in Kapa'a. The Pastry and Bakery department is undergoing a transformation and more team members are needed to help elevate our current offerings. Even though a wealth of knowledge isn't required, we ask that you are able to read and understand recipes, although more training will be given. Must be available weekends and have a flexible schedule during the week. Shifts run early morning or morning into early afternoon.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand recipes.
A keen attitude and willingness to learn.
Team player with good communication.
Dependable and punctual.
Current Kaua'i resident.
Responsibilities:
Following recipes.
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
Help with deliveries.
Assisting senior chefs with tasks.
