Hours of Operation
Sunday-Thursday: 4:30 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Friday-Saturday: 4:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.
These shifts are for night only.

Steward Responsibilities
Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and will sort soiled dishes and prep food as needed.
Keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.
Maintains clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
Sets up and break down dish stations including the dish machine and sinks- ensuring it is properly cleaned.
Properly wash, stack, and stores plate-ware, glassware, silverware, cookware and storage ware.
Check detergent levels and ensure it is primed.
Assists in timely storing food deliveries.
Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trash cans and boxes after each shift.
Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
Assists in food prep and any other duties as specified by the Chef or Manager on duty.
