Looking to add a fun, energetic, upbeat person to help manage our busy Poke & Shave Ice shop in Paia. Some of your responsibilities would include:
- lead by example in making the best poke & shave ice on island!
- positive management of and communication with other team members
- interacting with customers and diffusing any issues that arise
- create weekly schedules
- help in hiring/interviewing new hires
- help with training new hires and implementing new procedures
- help placing weekly orders with local vendors
- maintain health department/company cleanliness & organization standards
- assist with administrative tasks (update training packets, computer work, etc)
Full-time preferred, part-time up for discussion! $28/hour + bonus
Must have Saturday/Sunday availability. Shifts would be a mix of some mornings, evenings, or mid shifts in the range of 7am-3pm, 10-6, or 2pm-9pm. Previous management experience required - not necessarily in food & bev but must be comfortable leading a team.
