CAFE JAI at the Whalers Village Food Court in Ka`anapali is hiring a full or part time Prep Cook for both AM and PM shifts.

Areas of responsibilities:
- Assist kitchen operations in all phases – catering operation, opening/closing duties, food preparation/sanitation, recipe adherence and service.
- Willingness to perform other duties as needed to support the business.
Prep Cook qualifications:
- Two-year kitchen experience preferred
- Work under fast and sometimes stressful situations
- Be able to multi-task, work clean and be efficient
- Has an interest in learning new culinary skills and recipes
- Communicate effectively and work as a team member
