F&B Service Agent (Full Time)($29.68/hr)
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily functions of the Room Service Department. Take food and beverage orders over the phone and process the orders through the hotel’s POS system. Close checks and complete reports as required. Accept cash payment for Room Service. Assign and oversee Room Service, amenity deliveries and other tasks directed to waithelp. Insure prompt service according to hotel standards. Check food and beverage orders being delivered. Proficient in the use of a computer for reports and dining reservations. Take dining reservations for restaurant and is knowledgeable in the menus, events and hours of operation. Make suggestion to increase hotel sales and upsell products. Notify supervisor/manager of any concerns during the shift.
Hinana Bar - Waithelp (On-Call)($14.00/hr plus tips)
Primary Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a warm and inviting demeanor.Attentive to guest’s needs and engage with the guests in conversation, and establish a rapport.Friendly and articulate with excellent communication skills.Ability to multi-task essential duties with multiple departments on a daily basis.Well organized and have a willingness to learn. Proficient with the POS system, proper check handling procedures, collection of payment and cash handling.Ability to carry drinks and glassware utilizing a cocktail tray.Able to work in the weather conditions of the pool area.
