Compensation: $30/hr + Tips ($5–$7/hr avg) | 40–45 hrs/week

Our Restaurant is a fast-growing, high-volume restaurant with a highly rated menu and warm hospitality. Our operation serves walk-ins, private group bookings, and full-scale catering—requiring an exceptional manager to oversee a dynamic team and coordinate across multiple departments.
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Restaurant & Kitchen Manager who is a clear and confident communicator, highly organized, and capable of both leading in the kitchen and coordinating with the administrative office. You’ll be expected to operate with urgency, clarity, and professionalism in a high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front and back of house operations
- Lead cooking and prep in a high-volume kitchen
- Coordinate with the admin office on scheduling, group bookings, and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
- Manage staffing, training, inventory, and ordering
- Ensure smooth service for walk-in guests, private events, and catering orders
- Foster strong team morale and consistent communication between departments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – most important qualification
- Proficiency in basic office/computer work (scheduling, reporting, etc.) is a plus
- Must be clean, organized, and accountable
- Able to lead calmly under pressure and multitask efficiently
- Food safety certification (or ability to obtain)
