PINT+JIGGER is looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER, GM/AGM to assist in leading all aspects of our business at our location in the Ala Moana Hotel.
Management responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient daily restaurant operations, while maximizing revenue goals. Managers lead the restaurant team in maintaining a high level of quality and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management and leadership skills, a love for hospitality, and the ability to build a strong team. Operationally, you will need to oversee the dining room, making sure our guests leave happy and satisfied. Training the team to the highest levels of hospitality and product knowledge will be essential in reaching the restaurant goals.

Pint management team is expected to LEAD by example and motivate the staff in the busiest hours of operation in our fast-paced restaurant environment. Ultimately, our managers ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experiences regardless of how busy we are.
