About Us:

As we consider expanding to the mainland, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Front of House Manager to lead our team and enhance the guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Develop schedules, monitor labor costs, and handle administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Promote the culture and values of Japanese hospitality (omotenashi) in all interactions with customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced, full-service dining.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for Japanese food and culture; prior experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and dynamic team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to relocate in the future to support potential mainland expansion (preferred).
