About us:
The Star of Honolulu Cruises and Events, one of Hawaii’s top 250 companies has been operating as a premier tour company for more than 60 years. We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor!
(1) 3 Course/ 5 Course Dinner
Responsibilities:
Drive onboard sales and guest satisfaction.
Manage the performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, providing training, coaching, and administering discipline.
Oversee scheduling and payroll processes.
Requirements:
At least one year as a supervisor.
At least one year working in the F & B Industry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
(2) Buffet + Live entertainment
Responsibilities:
Complete daily floor planning and nightly recaps
Demonstrate understanding of entertainment, including crew dances and staging for the show.
Operate light and audio systems effectively.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Requirements:
Ability to speak on the mic in front of a crowd.
Ability to comfortably engage with guests
Knowledge of the entertainment industry is preferred.
