FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an individual who works quickly and independently, is energetic and talented, has a strong sense if time management, and is a GREAT leader.
Employment is part-time, with competitive compensation, based on experience. Food Handlers Card and proof of negative TB test required.
Responsibilities:
Support General Manager, Kitchen Manager and staff in all aspects of operations
Train, cross-train, develop and display passion on job
Understand food safety
Ensure food quality and consistency
Basic understanding of recipe knowledge
Ensure a clean, sanitary and safe work environment
Required Skills:
LIVES ALOHA
Exudes guest hospitality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of plate composition
Proactive, punctual and team player
Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
Basic POS knowledge

Required Skills:
Possess prior restaurant management or supervision experience. Job tenure is important.
