As a seasonal estate housekeeper, you will be expected to collaborate well with a team of 8, communicate effectively, and elevate service provided to the family. In addition to housekeeping duties, you will play a key role in safeguarding the estate by being vigilant about security, ensuring that the family’s privacy and safety are always prioritized.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Seasonal Estate Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our beautiful estate. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning all areas of the estate.
- Launder linens and clothing, ensuring everything is in pristine condition.
- Organize and maintain supplies and inventory for cleaning products and household items.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving as needed.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are prepared for guests and events.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and standards for upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in a private residence or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
