Fish Bar Deli is seeking a prep person for Saturday + Sunday mornings, 7 AM start time (can be a little flexible on in time and hours).
Duties include making fresh poke, ceviche, deli salads, wonton chips, tortilla chips, dressings, sauces, mayos, small cleaning projects, etc. as we make the majority of our menu from scratch.
This job requires someone who can problem solve on their own, as you will be working morning hours solo. The rest of the kitchen crew shows up at 10:30 AM to set up hotline, service starts at noon.
