Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of our operations in the food industry.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail in food handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist with catering events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
Uphold knowledge of menu items, including brewing techniques for beverages or bartending skills when applicable.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess experience in the following areas:
Food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
Previous roles in hospitality or catering environments that emphasize customer service excellence.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Familiarity with food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
