WHO WE ARE:
Senia is a neighborhood restaurant with a fine dining side. We are open for dinner only, offering an upscale casual à la carte menu Tuesday through Saturday, plus a tasting menu on the weekend. Our kitchen is collaborative, relying on the talents, experiences, and cultures of the entire team to create Senia’s sophisticated cuisine. The team is led by Chef / Owner Anthony Rush.

THE POSITION:
General Responsibilities
Manage a kitchen station – set up and break down of the station, daily stock of ingredients, mise-en-place of food items and garnishes,
follow recipes and techniques, production of completed dishes throughout service
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Complete job responsibilities accurately and quickly
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
Contribute positivity, inspiration and professionalism to a team who does the same
Qualifications
Cooking experience – all levels of experience will be considered
Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
Willingness to learn and drive to improve
Able to work in a team environment and communicate clearly with managers, kitchen team and service team
