Servers with great customer service and communication are key to a great guest experience. Servers have the most responsibilities including taking care of guests and any side work but servers are also the most rewarded with pay.
Base rates for servers is $14.00 per hour. Servers are table tipped and are tipped out nightly. Servers can expect to earn anywhere from $4 to $8 more per hour in tips. Combined, that's an average of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour (or MORE), combined depending on the day and shift you work!
Qualifications
Shows up on time as scheduled or proactively communicates when can't work.
Open work availability (preferred)
Has great communication.
Knows how to utilize the POS System (Toast)
Able to drop off the right food at the right tables.
Able to obtain a TB test result (state of Hawaii requirement)

18+ Years or older (required)
Servers are responsible for:
Welcoming guests, listening to guest concerns, accurately inputting food, soup, and drink orders. Servers are required to check ID before serving alcohol.
2 years of restaurant serving/bartender experience is required. High volume environments preferred. Minimum 18 years of age is required. Good communication, a high sense of urgency and positive attitude is a must.
Hourly tip amounts are an estimate as the restaurant is not actually open yet.
