We are looking for a dependable Server and Cook to join our team!
SERVER
-Must have dependable transportation
-Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
-Greeting and sitting customers
-Taking customers’ food and drink orders
-Working with the kitchen for prompt and correct delivery of orders
-Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks.
-Assisting with the reset of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and clean
-Make Smoothies and Coffee
-Customer SErvice
-Handling Cash
COOK
Must have dependable transportation
-Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures at which ingredients must be kept and to which food must be prepared to avoid foodborne illness
-Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
-Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
-Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
-Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
-Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
-Occasionally serve food and speak with customers
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Basic line set up for plating
- Making Waffles
- Running the Kitchen
-Prepping food for the next day or week
