POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic, personable server to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for providing excellent customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, including taking orders and serving drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, and daily specials to assist guests effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and drink mixing is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role preferred.
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLE
Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
Reliable form of transportation to/from work.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is in a high-end lounge and nightclub, featuring a vibrant atmosphere with upscale service standards. Operations take place in a fast-paced environment, with loud music, dim lighting, and busy crowds, ensuring a premium guest experience.
WORK SCHEDULE
Shifts available from 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays is required.
COMPENSATION
$12.75 per hour, plus tips.
