At Choice Health Bar, we’re dedicated to providing fresh and nutritious food while supporting Hawai'i's farmers, maintaining environmental integrity, and offering cutting-edge cuisine. We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our soon to be opened Wailea location.is that you?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead and inspire your team, fostering an Ohana culture of respect and support.
-Oversee daily operations, including managing staff schedules, labor costs, inventory, and product quality.
-Drive revenue growth through business expansion and customer service excellence.
-Ensure compliance with health codes, maintain a clean environment, and uphold company policies.
-Collaborate with co-owners, HR, and other store managers for streamlined operations and growth.

-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
-Experience in restaurant management with a focus on customer service and efficiency.
